About Me
My name is Simon Hall. I have been a full time children’s Pastor for 25 years serving in AOG, Evangelical, Northpoint, Baptist and Anglican churches. I have a wife called Theresa and 4 children. We live in Cheltenham and i love to chill out watching Aston Villa and play golf.

The first 18 years of a person’s life are extremely crucial in laying a foundation for their future.

What if we started acting like what we do for children is more important than ANYTHING else we do.
What you do for a child is like an investment – it gains more value over time.
What we do for our children now will impact their future in huge ways!
What your church does for children is more important than anything else your church does.
What we do for children will transform the culture of our church.
What we do for our children will stop your church from dying.
The average age of a churchgoer is 60 – 15 years older than its surrounding areas! It is going up by 7 years every decade.
The only way to reverse the trend is open the doors to more children.
Jesus had a VERY high opinion of children – whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me. In other words – I want you to treat children how you treat me.
When you welcome kids it is like you are welcoming God – no one should feel as welcome in your church as a smelly kid.
Imagine if we said” No one can volunteer for anything until we have enough leaders for children and teenagers!”
My project is about “CREATING CHURCHES THAT CHILDREN AND FAMILIES LOVE TO ATTEND.
